In the middle of nowhere, it is more beautiful than you ever imagined; the people are friendly and relaxed, and the food is fresh and tasty no matter where you stop. Whether it is watching condors under an unblemished blue sky, enjoying fish tacos as the sun sets, or feeling the rush of adrenaline while surfing, there are so many joys to discover.
