WE just added new hard-wood floors and air conditioning for your comfort!  It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 2 minute walk to famous 2nd street with it's boutiques and Cafes.

The Red bus or your 2 wheels rental will take you downtown in minutes, to the Pike, The Queen Mary, and the Aquarium of the Pacific.  Once downtown you can take the metro link to Los Angeles, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills.  You can also take the ferry to Catalina Island. If you want to go south, The Surf City or Huntington Beach is a 10 minute ride, and Laguna Beach and Disneyland about 30 minutes.  Just minutes away one can do kite-surfing, rent canoes, kayaks and sailboats.  3rd person $10 extra per night in cash,  $50 final cleaning in cash taken from $350 security deposit.  Standard rental contract to be signed.  No Shoes, no pets – allergy free zone apt
